REGISTRATION PERIODS

• Normal: Until December 9th
• Late: + £20 Until February 9th

Closure of Registrations:

• Registrations may close sooner than the published dates if the venue capacity is reached.

No Overbooking:

• If you were able to purchase your registration, you are guaranteed entry into the competition.

Payment Information:

• Payment must be made on Smoothcomp BEFORE February 15th.

• It is not possible to pay on the day of the event.

AMENDMENT DEADLINE

• Amendment Deadline: October, 2nd. By this date it is possible to amend your registration (e.g. weight class)

EVENT WEEK

• Brackets & Timings Released:  Friday, February 14th.

• Refunds are not activated for this event.

EVENT DAY

• Saturday, February 15th.

Timings (Approximate)

• Doors Open: 9:30am
• Weigh-Ins: 9:30am
• Spectators Welcome: 9:30am
• Bouts Begin: 10:00am

The event will finish by 7 PM.

Please note: It is your responsibility to check your match start time on Smoothcomp. Match times may change dynamically throughout the day, so the organiser advise checking frequently to avoid missing your match without a refund. 

Announcements are made for athletes who fail to show up on time at their mat, please be aware that if you're not in the hall, you cannot hear the call.
